I am delighted to welcome Lynne Algar to Tri Camps 2010 !!
Currently an Exercise Physiology postgraduate researcher at the University of Limerick, Lynne specialises in recovery strategies for athletes.
Lynne is also a Remedial Massage Therapist, and Physical Therapist qualified from the Irish Institute of Physical Therapies and has recently begun working as an assistant coach and therapist with the Irish Triathlon Squad.
Joining Lynne Algar in Tri Camps 2010 will be Adam Kelly - Sports Scientist, Lifecoach, Triathlete and Coach. His addition adds to the knowledge base of the team as Tricamps 2010 caters for athletes of every ability, from triathlon virgins to elites.
Adam set up practice in Zest Fitness Studio 8 years ago, where he and his team look after athletes from a variety of sports. Zest specialises in Core Conditioning, Nutrition and Functional strength development.
